 VTubing might be life changing

Two days ago, I began my VTuber journey, and it’s been an incredible, eye-opening experience. What makes it even more special is that I started completely for free! No expensive software or paid models. This journey has reminded me that creativity doesn’t have to cost a thing.

For my streams, I’m using two amazing free VTuber models. The first is a gorgeous full-sized model from the SnowBear Project, which brings a beautiful, immersive presence to my streams. The second is a cute mini model from @miikutea_, which I love to use as my profile pictures for the playful vibe. Both models are completely free to use, making it possible for anyone to start their VTuber journey without spending money.

This year has been tough for me, dealing with periods of depression that made even small routines feel impossible. Working a 9-5 for two years straight became unbearable for me. Especially after realising I may have AuDHD. And so I quit my job after long term absense with no savings whatsoever.. 

But starting VTubing has given me a spark. A passion that motivates me to structure my days. I may be a small content creator who hasn't even cracked 2 followers yet but this has been an insanely fun project for me. I no longer feel lonely! I can be myself while keeping things private! 

Today, I even had my first study session, something I wouldn’t have done before discovering this creative outlet. It’s a small step, but it’s helping me build a routine, stay motivated, and find joy again.

VTubing has become more than something I could only watch others do; it’s a creative outlet that helps me grow personally and creatively. For anyone thinking about starting VTubing or streaming but worried about costs, my experience shows that it’s absolutely possible to begin without spending a penny. The right free resources, generously shared by artists make it accessible and fun.

If you’re struggling or searching for a creative spark, don’t be afraid to start small. A free VTuber model, a free software setup, and a little motivation can go a long way. This journey has already started to reshape my days, and I can’t wait to see where it takes me next.
